[Oracle][Erorr SP2-0667][Erorr SP2-0750] on windows platflat

Fail to connect sqlplus with the error i windows platflat (win7):

sp2-0667:Message file sq1<lang>.msb not foundsp2-0750:you may need oracle_home to you oracle software directory

Solution, input this Command:

set oracle_home=your_oracle+home

in my case is:

set oracle_home=C:\app\Xenia\product\11.2.0\dbhome_2
