[Android][Eclipse][Solved] Unable to resolve target 'android-14' (with images)

When i tried to import a project , 

this error showed after finish :

unable to resolve target android 14

This is the solution i used and works:

1) Windows -> Android SDK Manager :

2) Select "Android 4.0 (API 14)" for update

3) and than click "Install x packages" button circled with red line

4) Next step is click "Accept License" and then click "Install"

5) restart eclipse and no this error msg again !
