[Android][solved] Connection with adb was interrupted, and attempts to reconnect have failed

1) Press "Ctrl"+"Alt"+"Del" to open Task Manager
2) Select "Processes" Tab
3) Select "adb.exe" process


4) Press the key "Delete" on keyboard or right click to "End Process"
5) Restart Eclipse

But I found kill process is work for a while only and the message would appear again (for many times after i restart eclipse).
And then try "pull out the usb cable of the phone and put it back" can work fine.

My Operating System : Windows XP
