Not enough “real-open space”

(* The content in this article is phony , please don't quote from here)

Nowadays, living in Hong Kong is better than many years ago. Residents can go to library, park, and shopping center to spend their free time. However, I found the property develop of a luxury residential estate has privatized a public area and makes many people cannot use it. There are so many people but not enough land in Hong Kong. Open space privatized may make a bad-dot of the living environment in Hong Kong.

As I can see, a luxury residential estate, which called Ping Ring Estate is a good example for this problem. The park of the estate is locating in the corner of the estate and next to the Ping Ring Estate office. There are many trees and a wall around the park and it only provide a narrow gate for using. At usual, the gate locked and there are many wet clothing in the equipment in the park. Also, my friend said that she has seen some officers smoking in the park, how trouble it is!

Also, a roof of the shopping center locked the nets and the gate .The developer said that reason of this arrangement is “there is not a safe space for residents to use”. However, I think that it isn’t a good reason to close the space because the height of it is about 5m (the height between the roof and the ground) and there is a tall net around it. If the resident be careful about the margin of the roof, it will be a great place for resident and not a privatized garden for the developers and the estate officers to use.

I think keep an eye on this problem and try to make some solution is important now. For Ping Ring Estate, the developer should make the gate of the park (which is near the estate office) bigger, cut the leaf of the trees and show the name of the park. There is important that don’t lock the gate of the park or just take it out. Also, the roof of the shop can be a safe public area if the developers make a wall at the margin. Make some chairs and encourage residents to do some passive entertainment like reading and talking. It will be match with the garden which is on the roof now standing.

Furthermore, the government should take care of the problem and keep an eye on the development. If the department gets a complaint on the problem, it should send some officers to the public areas and see is it real. If the problem is real, the government department should send a warming letter to the developer and drive him to make improve on planning those public areas. Also, ensure the way for the complaining is important too, some of the developer and the estate officer may not want to face the problem because it will affect their interest. If the government can built up a department for controlling the development and handle the complaints of the luxury residential estate in Hong Kong. Maybe it will be better to ensure the public use of the public areas.

Not enough ※real-open space§(Original)

Nowadays, living in Hong Kong is better than many years ago. Residents can go to the library, the park, and the shopping center to spend their free time. However, I found the property develop of a luxury residential estate has privatized a public area and makes many people cannot use it. There are so many people but not enough land in Hong Kong. Open space is privatized may make a bad-dopt (dot) of the living enwomument(environment) in Hong Kong.

As I can see, a luxury residential estate, which called Ping Ring Estate is a good example for (of) this problem. The park of the estate is locating in the corner of the estate and next to the Ping Ring Estate office. There are many trees and a wall around the park and it only provide a narrow gate for using(to use). At usual, the gate locked and there are many wet chothing(clothing) in the equipment in the park. Also, my friend said that she has seen some officers smoking in the park,(.) how(?) trouble it is!

Also, a roof of the shopping center is locked the net (wire netting) and the gate .The developer said (that) the reason of (for) this arrangement is ※there is not a safe space for residents to use§. However, I think that it isn*t a good reason to close (for closing) the space because the height of it is about 5m (the height between the roof and the ground) and there is a tall net (wire netting) around it. If the resident be careful about the margin of the roof .(,) It(it) will be a great place for resident and not a privatized garden for the developers (developer) and the estate officers to use.

I think keep (keeping) an eye on this problem and try (trying) to make some solution is (are) quite important now. For Ping Ring Estate, the developer should make the gate of the park (which is near the estate office) bigger, cut the leaf of the trees and show the name of the park. There (It) is quite important that don*t lock (unlocking) the gate of the park or just take it out. Also, the roof of the shop can be a safe public area if the developers make a wall at (on) the margin. Make some chairs and encourage residents to do some passive entertainment like reading and talking. It will be match with the garden which is on the roof now standing.

Furthermore, the government should take care of the problem and keep an eye on the development. If the department get(gets) a complain (complaint) on the problem, it should send some officers to the public areas and see is it real. If the problem is real, the government department should send a warming letter to the developer and drive him to make a improvement about (improve on) the planning of those public area. Also, ensure(assuring) the way for the complain (complaints) is important too,(.) some(Some) of the developer (developers) and the estate officer (officers) may not want to face the problem because it will affect (effect) their interest. If the government can built up (establish) a department for controlling (to supervise) the development and hardle(handle) the complain (complaint) of the luxury residential estate in Hong Kong.(,) Maybe (maybe) it will be better to ensure the public use of the public areas.
