a) Select "tools" and then "options" at main menu:
b) Click "privacy" with lock icon, and then "privacy settings" ,
c) click "clear history" button next to the drop down menu under "Keep history for".
And then the skype record would be cleared.

How to delete Skype history at windows (2015)
p.s. My Skype version: Skype 7.13.0.101
a) Select "tools" and then "options" at main menu:

And then the skype record would be cleared.
